過去十年，我們聽過太多「加強宣導」、「駕駛人不守規矩」的說法。 但數據告訴我們：個人行為不是核心問題，道路設計才是。 當系統允許高速行駛穿越住宅區，當自行車道只剩地面白漆， 當行人被迫與機車共用人行道——人命傷亡是可預測的結果，不是運氣。
2026 年的地方選舉，是我們手中最直接的政策工具。 我們不要求候選人做到完美，我們要求他們承諾方向—— 以「2035 年交通死傷減半、2050 年零死亡與零碳排」為願景， 透過五項具體政策訴求，讓每一條台灣的街道，值得我們稱之為「家」。

Taiwan's roads are taking lives — not occasionally, but every single day.
For too long, we have been told that the problem is careless drivers. But the data is clear: individual behaviour is not the root cause — road design is. When the system permits high-speed traffic through residential zones, when bike lanes are nothing more than painted lines, when pedestrians share footpaths with motorcycles — casualties are a predictable outcome, not bad luck.
The 2026 local elections are our most direct policy lever. We don't ask candidates to be perfect — we ask them to commit to a direction: halve road deaths by 2035, reach zero deaths and zero carbon by 2050, through five concrete policy demands.
